Dear Sir or Madam,
Please supply the following information under the Freedom of
Information Act.
1) How many people were arrested for soliciting prostitutes or kerb
crawling by West Yorkshire police in each month of 2008.
3) Of those arrested in each month the number who were a) released
without charge
b) cautioned
c) charged
d) fined
e) If none of the above can be applied to each arrest I would like
to know how the crime was dealt with.
I look forward to receiving your reply within the 20 day statutory
time limit.

With regards to your recent FOI request, as per below, please could you clarify your request,
as the offence of soliciting prositutes / kerb crawling can apply to both the prostitute and client -
do you require both, or just the client?
In addition, when asking for the number who were fined, are you asking
to know how many have been fined at court?

According to our records your request was received on Monday 20th April. According to our calculation ,
twenty working days from the first full day following the receipt of your request would mean a due
date of Tuesday 19th May.
