Full details of prosecutions brought by Shropshire Council against litter
droppers and fly-tippers in Shropshire since becoming a unitary authority.
No prosecutions have been brought by Shropshire Council against
fly-tippers. Litter droppers would have been issued with a fixed penalty
notice.

Shropshire Council has not prosecuted anyone for litter dropping since
April 2009. Therefore the number is 0, and dates and places are not
applicable.
Your enquiry regarding dog fouling will be logged as a new request. I will

Details of any prosecutions brought against instances of dog fouling
within the County since April 2009.
Two Fixed Penalty Notices have been issued for a dog fouling in a public
area since April 2009.
Location: Sports Village, Sundorne, Shrewsbury
Dates: 10 Sept 2009 and 16 Sept 2009
To date no prosecutions have been made. One fixed penalty notice has been
paid and the other case is ongoing.
