Prosecutions against licensed dog breeders

The specific information you requested was the number of successful
prosecutions brought by Carmarthenshire County Council against owners of
licensed dog breeding premises since January, 2004 until 23rd January,
2009.

In response, I can confirm that no prosecutions against licensed breeders
have taken place during the period covered by your request.
