Dear Sir or Madam,

What is the proposed use of land boarded by Eastmead Avenue, the
Coney Bear Site, Torrington Road and Lower Denmark Road?

Who currently owns the land?

Would it be possible to reinstate the site as allotments?

Yours faithfully,

E Kemp

Dear Mr Kemp,

I originally sent you the email below. It appears you didn't receive this
email, so I apologise for that. I haven't received notification that the
email wasn't sent to you so I naturally assumed it had reached you. I'm
happy to chat things over if you, on 01233 330 213.

Subject: response from Ashford Borough Council

Dear Mr Kemp,

I am responding to the email you sent (details below) - I hope this
information is useful.

1) What is the proposed use of land boarded by Eastmead Avenue, the Coney
Bear Site, Torrington Road and Lower Denmark Road? This area falls within
the Town Centre. The Council are currently writing the Town Centre Area
Action Plan, `draft submission version' which will deal with the future
planning of the town centre up until 2021. It will be released for a six
week public consultation around late March.

2) Who currently owns the land? Could you send me a detailed site map of
the area in question, as often there are multiple land owners in any given
area. Certainly, if we own part of this area, which I suspect we do, I
would be able to give you this information.

3) Would it be possible to reinstate the site as allotments? I have given
you details of an officer who sits within Cultural Services, as she would
be best placed to answer this question more fully than I would.
