The Council has not yet made any submissions to DCLG under this Act. You may be interested in the attached committee report as it sets out how we will be taking work forward so that we are in a position to submit any proposals by 31st July 2009.

Many (belated) thanks for your reply in December 2008. I would like
to make a further FOI request relating to the Sustainable
Communities Act 2007.
That is, any reports submitted to the council's Strategy and
Resources Scrutiny Committee regarding proposals under the SCA.
