FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 -  IGT_FOI_03_2844  - Spend incurred incurred
in household waste and budget

Your request for information has been considered under the requirements of
the Freedom of Information Act and the information is attached/below.

Please advise the proportion of total council spend incurred in
 household waste collection services for financial year 2009 and the
budgeted spend for same for financial year 2010.

The projected net expenditure for refuse collection for 2009/10 is
£4,968,000.

The projected net expenditure (3rd quarter monitoring report - Cabinet
10/3/10)for LBTH for 2009/10 is £321,457,000.

The proportion of spend on refuse collection is 1.5%

The budgeted net expenditure for refuse collection for 2010/11 is
£5,304,000.

The budgeted net expenditure for LBTH for 2010/11 is £310,370,000.

The proportion of spend on refuse collection is 1.7%
