Proof of Payment (Local Land Charges to Capita Symonds)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing with regard to a Freedom of Information request you may have
made to the Council recently. I understand this was made through the What
Do They Know? website.

Today we received an enquiry from an individual asking when the
information they had requested was to be sent to them. However, we had not
received the request as it appears to have been caught in a spam guard
somewhere. When I investigated with our IT department, the email log
showed that you too had made a request but this had also not made it to an
inbox. Moreover, the log merely showed the email address (no names or
other contact details), and the subject line. It contained no details of
the content of the email. These details have since been deleted by our
systems.

Therefore may I ask you to send your request again. You may like to send
it direct to [1][Allerdale District Council request email] . I will acknowledge requests
within 1 or 2 days. Therefore for future reference if you do not receive
an acknowledgement within this time then do not hesitate to contact me on
the telephone number shown below.
