Can you please tell me the following:

1. How you procure Construction Consultancy Services.
Depending on the total value. If over £150k we use European Procurement
guidelines i.e official adverts and full open tender process, if
below this but above £25k we do a full tender process, below £25k we
require 3 full quotations.
2. How you procure Construction Contractors
Using the above method in 1
3. If by your own framework, please tell me: Not applicable see
response in question 2
a. The titles and content of the relevant frameworks
b. Who is on the current frameworks
c. The start and end dates of the frameworks
d. Any possible extention periods to the frameworks
e. The name and contact email of person responsible for the
frameworks.
Reviewing your questions the North West, under the NW Regional
Construction Department based in Manchester are issuing Framework for
Construction this year for Councils to use.
