2. How you procure Construction Contractors
3. If by your own framework, please tell me:
a. The titles and content of the relevant frameworks
b. Who is on the current frameworks
c. The start and end dates of the frameworks
d. Any possible extention periods to the frameworks
e. The name and contact email of person responsible for the
frameworks.

Thank you for your request for information and I would reply as follows:

1. Depending upon the estimated value of the contract, by way of
quotation or tender.

2. Using either frameworks or the tender process.

3. The Council does not have a framework.

Dear Mr Griffiths

Thank you for your email. I am told that it depends on the market in
which the Council is going to procure, but one of the main frameworks
the Council uses is Buying Solutions.
