Dear Nicola,

Thank you very much for your information request. We have considered your
request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA).

You asked us to provide you with information about our procurement of
construction consultancy services and contractors and if we use a
framework. In response to your questions 1 and 2 I have attached a copy
of our guidance on our procurement process. Please note that if we are
specifically procuring construction type works, at stage 5 of the process
the limit is raised from £156,442 to £3,927,260 before we are required
to advertise new construction type contract opportunities in the Official
Journal of the European Union (OJEU)

We do not at present have our own framework for procuring construction
consultancy and contractors.

I hope the information we have provided meets your requirements, however
if you are dissatisfied with how we have responded to your information
