In relation to your below email, I would like to take this opportunity to
inform you that Land & Property Services (LPS) is an Agency within the
Department of Finance and Personnel (DFP).

The response to your FOI request was provided by DFP and issued on 8th
July 2010 by the DFP Central Procurement Directorate. This Departmental
response was inclusive of LPSs' information and all other Agencies within
DFP.

When several Agencies within one Department receive duplicate requests the
Department will respond with one complete and final response when
appropriate.
