"Prince Harry has been ordered to attend an equality and diversity
course after he was captured on video calling an army colleague
"our little Paki friend"."

2. the name of the courses that will be provided, the dates of each
course, the numbers of people attending each course and the cost of
each course.

No, the TIFF file does contain two pages, I was able to read the second one.
In some browsers / programs, it is a bit difficult to view the second page of TIFF files. Try "Page Down" if you're viewing it with the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer or consult the manual for other programs.
