Dear Libby,
Thank you for your prompt response to my FOI request.
Could you clarify point 4 in your reply to me?
You state in point 4 that:
"Distance will be measured in a straight line from the
child's home address to the centre of the school, using the Local
Authority's computerised measuring system, with those living closer
to the
school receiving the higher priority. The address given must be the
one at
which the child normally resides."
Could you please confirm what actual distance measurement from a
school to a child's home is actually used for calculation?
Please provide the information in metric format if possible.
