Dear Freedom of Information Contact,

Many thanks for your recent response to my request for the
presentation by your A&E Consultant to Bar Workers' Training Event.

I note that contrary to press reports there are no images of
alcohol related injuries in the presentation you supplied to me. In
light of that could you please confirm that the material you have
sent me is complete.

Dear Mr Taylor

We have checked the information that you have queried and can confirm
that some images were removed from the presentation as they were patient
identifiable and we do not have consent from the patients to release
their images to the general public. Section 40 would therefore apply to
this part of the presentation.
Section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, Personal Information.
This exempts information if it is personal data relating to a third
party and the disclosure of the information to a member of the public
would contravene the Data Protection principles.

I apologise that this was not made clear when the original response was
issued to you

Regards
Belinda Bruty
