Dear Sir or Madam,
I wrote to you on 12th March re Premier Publishing and the Charity
Commission. I would point out that under the FOI I should have
received a reply by now and that, therefore, the BERR is out of
compliance with the law. Unless I get a response within 5 working

Dear Jan
Thank you for your request for information which was received in the
Department on 12 March 2009. Apologies for the delay in responding to
your request.
I have been advised that your request needs clarification as it is not
clear whether you are requesting information about Premier Publishing
Ltd (as stated in the e-mail subject line and the first paragraph) or
Premier Publications Ltd (as stated in the remaining two paragraphs,
which constitute the actual information request), which are two
different companies. Could you please clarify this point as we are
unable to continue processing your request without this clarification.
