Premier Publications Ltd - Referrals to other Agencies
Jan Cosgrove made this Freedom of Information request to Charity Commission for England and Wales
Waiting for an internal review by Charity Commission for England and Wales of their handling of this request.
From: Jan Cosgrove
17 October 2009
Dear Sir or Madam,
Concerning Premier Publications Ltd:
The Commission is asked to disclose its knowledge, if any,
of referrals of that Company by itself or others to the following
Agencies:
1. HM Revenues and Customs re PAYE/NI, Corporation Tax or VAT
2. Trading Standards covering the Company's operational site
and the dates of such referrals by itself or of receiving
information that others had made referrals
and the reasons for referrals by itself.
If such referrals were made, does the Commission have any knowledge
of any outcomes and if any were relevant to Commission enquiries
where charities are in commercial participation or other agreements
with the Company?
Yours faithfully,
Jan Cosgrove
