Dear Phil Johnston,
The report i name includes information about myself and as i was
not suspected nor have ever been of any wildlife crime personal
information about myself should have never have been given to
anyone other than a government body/ public authority without my
consent, therefore anyone who received this report should be able
to be named unless it was given to other organisations. In the
latter case personal names can be redacted. I wish a full
explanation as to why my information has been shared or if it hasnt
as to why you can not release a simple document.
I was part of the complaint and the others who were involved in the
complaint can send you an email confirming they wish me to obtain
this document with there permission if you wish.
If neither succeed then i wish to claim the same information under
the Data Protection Act, with the response preferably to my email
address ([email address])
Yours sincerely,
ben addison

Dear Mr Addison,
If you wish to enter into correspondence in your personal capacity you
must contact the IPCC in person, preferably by letter, stating your home
address so that you can be properly identified. The IPCC does not
conduct personal correpondence via a publicly available web site.
Therefore, unless you wish to request a formal internal review of my FOI
decision I will not be answering any further emails from you sent via
this web site.

Dear Phil Johnston,
I believe you did not grasp what i meant in my previous reply. The
named report has personal information about myself, i am asking who
received this report under the FOI act.
A simple request in itself. As personal data can only be shared
with public authorities/government bodies without my consent any
reply would not of held sensitive data (apart from personal names
of the personell who work at the named authorities/bodies which
received it, which can be redacted.)
The only case i can think of whereby the information will hold
sensitive data is if it has been released to non government
bodies/public authorities.
If that is indeed the case please email my private email address
given in my previous reply and i will contact you personally as i
then have two avenues open to me to obtaining this information,
firstly as a request for my personal details under the DPA, or
under the Data Protection Act 29(3) (for the prevention/detection
of crime) as sharing my information without my consent to any
unauthorised persons would be breaking the law.
As said previously in my last reply i wish to do this through the
FOI act firstly, the other options are only if the FOI request is
unsuccesful.
Thank you.
Yours sincerely,
ben addison

Dear Mr Addison,
I not what you say but have nothing to add to my FOIA decision contained
in my email of 3rd June. If you require further information outside of
the Act I recommend that you contact the IPCC in your personal capacity
whereby your identity can be ascertained, and not via a publicly
accessible web site.
