Dear Crown Prosecution Service,
Please could you supply me with the following information (relating
to England & Wales) under the FOIA:
-Pre-charging decisions (number & percentage) for 2007, 2008 & 2009
(if any months yet possible) for the offences listed under 'child
sex offences' Sexual Offences Act 2003, broken down by offence if
possible i.e. decisions for s.9-15 individually.
-The prosecution outcomes* for those cases where the defendant was
charged, broken down into individual offences *i.e. unsuccessful
