Dear Info Compliance,

I am NOT surprised that you don't have a policy for the selection
of personnel for Common Purpose training because this selection is
probably not formally carried out AND not surprised that you don't
have copies of any correspondence (email, letters, memos
etc)relating to the selection of personnel for Common Purpose
training because Common Purpose does not like paper trails.

I am also NOT surprised that there was a cock-up in dealing with
this request. I don't want a review and will have to accept your
excuses for the delay.
