Thank you for your request for information concerning Common Purpose.
Please find below the answers to your request.
1. copies of your organisation's policy documents relating to the
selection of personnel for Common Purpose training.
Norwich City Council does not have any policy documents relating to
Common Purpose training.
2. copies of ALL correspondence (email, letters, memos etc)
relating to the selection of personnel for Common Purpose training.
A person's training needs are picked up via their appraisal with their
manager and this is personal information. In accordance with the Data
Protection Act 1998 we would not release a copy of an employee's
appraisal.
In providing you with this information I would like to draw your
attention to the Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2005,
which came into force on the 1 July 2005. If you intend to re-use the
information provided, you must contact the Council's Communications
Department, as the Council may wish to place conditions on how this
information is used.
