Dear Freedom Of Information,

You say "The Norfolk Constabulary does not hold any recorded
information relating to a policy of selection for training courses
offered by a training provider called “Common Purpose”."

I find it incredible that public funds are spent in this way
without there being an appropriate policy document in place.
