Dear Sir or Madam,

I am seeking a copy of certain information held within the on line
Police Pension Administrators Forum. The Forum is hosted by the
Home Office and is open to selected employees of police forces who
work within the area of human resources/personnel. I know that Avon
and Somerset Constabulary have access to the Forum and thus will be
able to obtain the information I am requesting.

The Home Office FAQ's to the forum advises that, 'Unfortunately, it
was technically not possible to bring over the posts from the old
forum to the new one. This is why we have archived the old forum,
which is available to users for reference only. You can log into it
with your old user details and re-read old threads but you cannot
post replies or open new threads.'

I would like a copy of all posts and any replies to posts on the
old forum that address the topic of police injury pensions, within
the years 2000 to whenever the old forum was superceded by the new,
current one.

The information can be provided in any standard digital format.

Dear Mr Styles

I write in connection with your request for information dated 13^th June
concerning information held within the online police pension
administration forum hosted by the Home Office.

Your request for information has now been considered and I am not obliged
to supply the information you have requested, this is due to the fact
that no employees within the Personnel Department or Human Resources team
have access to this forum and therefore this information is not held or
able to be retrieved by the Constabulary.

I can confirm that Avon and Somerset Constabulary as of the 13th June
2009, do not hold any information in relation to the Police Pension
Administration forum.

For your information the only individual we believe may have access to
this forum is an employee of Somerset County Council who at times if
required may use the forum to assist them with their role. Therefore you
may wish to direct your request to them, please find below a link to their
