Police Pension Administrators Forum

Paul Styles made this Freedom of Information request to Kent Police

The request was refused by Kent Police.

From: Paul Styles

13 June 2009

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am seeking a copy of certain information held within the on line
Police Pension Administrators Forum. The Forum is hosted by the
Home Office and is open to selected employees of police forces who
work within the area of human resources/personnel. I know that Kent
Police have access to the Forum and thus will be able to obtain the
information I am requesting.

From a list of topics discussed on the Forum that I have to hand, I
note the following:

Review of Injury Awards on reaching state pension age.

Review of IODs.

I would like a copy of all information contained within these
topics.

I would also like an up-to-date list of the topics within the
Forum, together with the number of replies and views. This would be
most easily accomplished by providing a copy of the page/s from the
Forum that contains the information.

Information can be supplied in any standard digital format.

Yours faithfully,

Paul Styles

Paul Styles left an annotation ( 9 November 2009)

Kent Police used an exemption of the FOIA to reject my request and pass it to Ian Moir at the Home Office.
Mr Moire is moderator of the forum.
He has previously rejected a request for information from the contents of the forum on the grounds that it would reveal Government policy.
If he rejects my handed-on request I shall have to ask the Information Commissioner for an adjudication.
