Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing as i am struggling to find statistics relating to
cautions by type of offence or by age of offender and other
relevant data which i have seen relating to the use of cautions for
2001, can you provide me with a link to somewhere with stats from
2001 to the present day. Also can you provide me with any
information about parliamentary notes from the implementation of
such procedures or any recent suggested reforms
Yours faithfully,
G.Byron
