Dear Sir or Madam,
the police are continuously abusing the powers given to them and
this is why i ask for this information so if they continue abusing
their authority through the social contract then i can take action
if and when needed. so could you please be more specific as the
reply you gave only seems to imply they have been given more
control over the population rather then making them more liable and
accountable.can you please clarify some more.
Yours faithfully,

meaning they are not bound by Statute, only Natural Law (AKA Common Law). They do not pay income tax, council tax, they are not obliged to enter into contract with the police or the Admiralty Court, they are not obliged to pay fixed penalty notices and they cannot be arrested for violations of Acts of Parliament without the express signature of the Attorney General or uless those violations also violate Common Law. Oh, they can also levy their own Rates in case of unlawful estoppel or incarceration.

Hang about. If they're not bound by Statute Law, how can they hold anyone else accountable under Statute Law? In other words, what right have they to make requests under Statute Law such as the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and related legislation?
