I am making a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000
regarding the PNC Information Access Panel.
Please would you provide the following information in electronic
form:
(a) What is the role/function of the PNC Information Access Panel
(PIAP)?
(b) What are the terms of reference/constitution of the PIAP?
(c) Who does the PIAP report to?
(d) Who are the current members of the PIAP? Please supply their
names, organisations, job titles and role on the PIAP (e.g. Chair,
Secretary, etc).
(e) How often does the PIAP meet?
(f) How is membership of the PIAP determined or decided?
