PM DIRECTION/ intervention - DISCRETION

Julie Shrive (Account suspended) made this Freedom of Information request to Prime Minister’s Office

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Prime Minister’s Office should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

From: Julie Shrive (Account suspended)

3 July 2009

Dear Sir or Madam,

Is the Prime Minister alerted of serious issues that requires
discretion as not getting it from most Ministries and Regulatory
bodies maladministrating process unfairly .Or are people
robotically passing problems on?AS been writing to him and Tony
Blair for over 5 years MP 10 years.
What criteria is adhered to ? How many times has he been alerted
since coming into office and what should one do if only answered by
automatic compliance units in a Democracy getting those running
site to take their side??!!

You can see my requests and the rubbish I am given on FOI site
whatdotheyknow showing how whole system not working democratically
causing civil liberties abuse with severe miscarriages of justice.

So Irequest an oral internal review with my expert witness as
dyspraxic and as Information Commissioner employing same corrupt
system which does not address the undemocratic discriminatory
issues.

Yours faithfully,

Julie Shrive
