Dear George,
Thank you for your enquiry. In EC1, Islington Council acts as the accountable organisation for the NDC, and their FOI section manages any requests received which are pertaining to the NDC's work. I understand this enquiry has been submitted to the council as well as the NDC. Therefore the council will manage this enquiry and will no doubt approach the NDC should they require any additional information in responding to your request.
