Dear Barnet Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Barnet Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Planning performance agreements'.

To date I have made 100 FOI requests relating to PPAs and most responses received have provided all information requested, including those from councils larger than Barnet who have entered into more PPAs.

Responses have shown that PPAs are far from common when considering the number of planning applications dealt with by councils. Where PPAs are entered into, there should be no reason why the information surrounding them should be difficult to provide. On this basis, please disclose all information requested.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/pl...

Yours faithfully,

Mr C Burns
