Further to the acknowledgement below, I can respond as follows:

Answer to Q1:

There were 4 prosecutions between 1 January 2005 and 31 March 2010 for
unauthorised development/breaches of planning permission.

Answer to Q2:

There were 5074 complaints received between 1/1/05 - 31/3/10.

Answer to Q3:

Of the 5074 cases, 414 of those complaints remained unresolved (though
some may have been closed between 1/4/10 - to date). Total resolved
between the dates 1/1/05 - 31/3/10 was 4660.
