Freedom of Information Act 2000 - Request for Information

Thank you for your request for information under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000. We will now proceed with the new request which we
received on 30^th July 2009. It is our intention to have the information
delivered to you no later than 27^th August 2009.

I am writing in respect of your recent enquiry for information held by the
Authority under the provisions of the Environmental Information
Regulations.

Having consulted our Planning department on your specific request they
inform me that -

1. How many planning applications have you received featuring a change of
use from A1?

3. How many planning applications have you received from Starbucks (or
their representatives) featuring a change of use from A1?

None. That being the case we would inform you, in accordance with Section
1.1.a of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, that the information you
seek is not held by this authority.

4. Of those applications in 3, how many of these were retrospective?

Not applicable. That being the case we would inform you, in accordance
with Section 1.1.a of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, that the
information you seek is not held by this authority.
