Unfortunately your reply is not satidfactory. The officers report
is incomplete and only makes reference to 13 letters of objection
listed at the time the report was compiled.
My FOI requests is for the supply of the total number of objections
received. I kindly request that information is supplied to me.

Dear Bill Corney,
Regarding your email below. The officers report only makes reference to
13 letters as this was all the officer had received at the time of
writing the report. We accept representations up to the committee date
which are then reported verbally to the committee members. Our website
shows all the representations that were received up until the committee
date. There are 12 folders in total with numerous objections in each
one. These are available for you to view under the representations
folder on our website.
