Dear Sir/Madam,
Please treat this as a request under the Freedom of Information Act
2000.
Do you hold electronic, hi-resolution photographs of all your
ministers? (Perhaps the ones on their security-passes?)
If 'yes', under what circumstances would you consider releasing any
or all of the said photos to the public?
Yours faithfully,
Steve Elibank

Dear Mr Elibank,
Thank you for your request of 21 January regarding whether we hold
electronic, hi-resolution photographs of all DCMS ministers, such as the
ones on their security-passes? You also asked in what circumstances we
would consider releasing any of the photos to the public.
I am dealing with your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000
(`the Act').
High resolution photographs o f DCMS Ministers can be seen on the
Departmental Website ([1]www.culture.gov.uk).
In addition the Department holds a stock of high-resolution photographs of
ministers which are made available on request. The majority of these
requests are from journalists requiring a photo for a newspaper or
publication.
I have not interpreted your request as wanting a copy of any photo at this
point, but please feel free to contact me if you did want to be sent a
copy of a photo of one or more of our ministers.

Dear Mr Wallis,
Thank-you very much for your reply. Unfortuntely, I can't seem to
find the high-resolution photographs on your website, so if you
could attach a copy of the hi-res picture of each of your current
ministers, and - if you still hold them - of every minister who has
served in the department since 2007 - it would be much appreciated!
Yours sincerely,
Steve Elibank
