The request was partially successful.
From: Steve Elibank
18 January 2010
Dear House of Lords,
Please treat this as a request under the Freedom of Information Act
2000.
Do you hold electronic, hi-resolution photographs of all your
members? (Perhaps the ones on their security-passes?)
If 'yes', under what circumstances would you consider releasing any
or all of the said photos to the public?
Yours faithfully,
Steve Elibank

Dear Sir/Madam;,
You appear to have misunderstood my request. It was specifically
about whether or not the House of Lords holds high-resolution
photographs of its members. If I could receive a straightforward
yes/no answer to this relatively simple question, it would be
appreciated.
Yours sincerely,
Steve Elibank

Further to your e-mail of 9 February I have been informed that the photographs are of a very low resolution.
