Dear Cabinet Office,
Regarding the date of Tuesday 28th April 2009, I believe there may
have been a meeting(s) involving the Cabinet Office, concerning the
topic of BT/Phorm/EU action against UK.
Please release the following information.
1) The times and locations of meeting(s) which took place
concerning Phorm and the interception of private communication by
BT plc. They may have been called to discuss the potential for
European action against the UK for failure to deal with the issue
through our courts.
2) List the attendee roles and names if not excluded under FOI
exclusions. Please also specify the departments or companies
represented.
3) The agenda set out prior to the meeting(s)
4) Please confirm which government department lead the meeting(s)?
The Information Commissioner guidance on responding to requests is
that replies should be given "Promptly". I look forward to hearing

Dear Cabinet Office,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Cabinet Office's
handling of my FOI request 'Phorm/BT Meeting Tuesday 28th April
2009'.
It is the only request I have sent the Cabinet Office and is not
vexatious. I have sent no other requests to the Cabinet Office on
this or any other matter. I do not have any "associates", I am
puzzled by the suggestion. I could understand if I had made a
broad, wide ranging request, and you would be right to ask for me
to review it, but that is not the case. If I have annoyed someone I
apologise as this was not the intention. My reminder sent to you
was prompted by the website and I was only quoting it.
I would like to know the details requested and I have to politely
refute a suggestion that it is vexatious in any way.
