P. John made this Freedom of Information request to Prime Minister’s Office

Prime Minister’s Office did not have the information requested.

From: P. John

29 April 2009

Dear Sir or Madam,

I understand from allegations posted on the internet by he
advertising company Phorm, that they contacted website managers at
Number 10 Downing Street.

They reported yesterday that "The website managers at 10 Downing
Street recognised their mistake in allowing a misleading petition
to appear on their site, and have since provided assurances to
Phorm that they will not permit this to happen again."

Please could you

- Confirm or deny the events so described
- Disclose any correspondence between the website managers at 10
Downing Street, and Phorm or Mr. Ertugrul, between 1 January 2006
and the present day.

Yours faithfully,

P John

you are overdue responding to this freedom of information request.

To recap...

Phorm/121Media made the following statement in April;

in allowing a misleading petition to appear on their site, and have
since provided assurances to Phorm that they will not permit this
to happen again."

Please

- Confirm or deny the events so described

Downing Street, and Phorm or Mr. Ertugrul, between 1 January 2006
and the present
day.

Noting that Phorm previously traded as 121Media.
