Dear Sir or Madam,
on the 28 April 2009, the Home Office, BERR, and Cabinet Office met
to discuss and agree the UK Government response to the European
Commission infraction proceedings arising from the failure to
prosecute BT over the Phorm scandal.
Please will you disclose to me;
- The topic and agenda of that meeting
- The names of those who attended the meeting
- Any third parties who were present, including BT, Virgin Media,
Carphone Warehouse, or Phorm
- The minutes, particularly concerning agreements that were reached
at that meeting
