Phorm Interim results for the six month period ended 30 June 2009
Keith Mallen (Account suspended) made this Freedom of Information request to House of Lords
The request was refused by House of Lords.
From: Keith Mallen (Account suspended)

Dear Sir or Madam,
In Phorms Interim results for the six month period ended 30 June
2009
The authors give CEO Kent Ertugrul as providing the following
comment.
'Kent Ertugrul, Chief Executive of Phorm, commented: "With a strong
balance sheet, a talented and committed management team and
technology that has been extensively tested by a variety of
partners in different markets, the Board believes that Phorm is
making good progress towards the milestone of commercial deployment
in a major market, with the generation of meaningful revenues.
Consequently, we remain confident about the Company's future and
our ability to deliver substantial shareholder value."'
I assume Mr Ertgrul is speaking on behalf of The Board of
Directors.
Given Lord Lamont is a member of that Board and presumably party to
facts in support of the information reported by Mr Ertugrul on his
behalf.
1)Is Lord Lamont prepared to state that he is fully appraised of,
understands and agrees with the information as reported on his
behalf?
2)Is Lord Lamont prepared to state that, without use of
advantageous interpretation of the reported information, he fully
agrees with the information as reported on his behalf?
3)Is Lord Lamont prepared to state that should the information
being reported on his behalf prove to be false, misleading or
otherwise subject to advantageous interpretation and he is found to
be complicit in such actions will he accept responsibility and
penalty for any failure on his part to advise of such improper
reporting?
Yours faithfully,
Keith Mallen

Dear Sir or Madam,
Hey... It's Tuesday and I am Clint Eastwood.
That was a really serious FOI request. Take your sock off pump it
up the agenda and deal with it.
Next thing I know is 'Mr' Lamont will turn up at the shareholders
meeting and go blibble.
Tell you what. I'll buy a couple to turn up and ask him in person.
Then I'll get on your case for train fare and costs.
