West Midlands Police say "We are aware that Mr Gormley attended a
Common Purpose course in 1996/97, when he was
with Thames Valley Police."
Did the former Thames Valley Police officer now chief constable of
Norfolk, Phil
Gormley, ever attended a Common Purpose training course whilst with
your force?
If so please list the courses he attended, their dates, their
cost and details of who paid for them.
By Common Purpose, I mean the training organisation of that name:

Phil Gormley, former Thames Valley Police officer and his attendance on a
Common Purpose training course.
This request will be dealt with under the terms of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000.

to the information not being exempt or containing a reference to a third
party. In some circumstances Thames Valley Police may be unable to achieve
