Common Purpose training course.

clarity, I repeat:

West Midlands Police say "We are aware that Mr Gormley attended a Common
Purpose course in 1996/97, when he was with Thames Valley Police."

Did the former Thames Valley Police officer now chief constable of
Norfolk, Phil Gormley, ever attended a Common Purpose training course
whilst with your force?

If so please list the courses he attended, their dates, their cost and
details of who paid for them.
