about the numbers of licensed pet shops selling puppies in the borough,
either operating from a shop or a private address.
Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in my response, there
appears to have been a breakdown in communication and unfortunately I did
not receive your enquiry until just recently. I hope that his has not
caused you any inconvenience.
I have been informed by the Licensing section that we have one pet shop
that sells puppies and this licence expires on 31^st December 2009.
I hope that I have been able to provide you with the information you
require; however if for any reason you are unhappy with the way that I
have dealt with your request you can make a complaint by writing to the
Corporate Complaints Team, Corporate Strategy Department, Room 196, Civic
Centre, Dagenham RM10 7BN. Alternatively you can make your complaint

If you are still not satisfied, after following our Corporate Complaints
