Hello Jennifer

Thank you for your recent request which has been dealt with under the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). You requested the following
information:

In relation to contracts, I assume you were seeking a copy of a generic
contract. We do not provide contracts as such for ad hoc services but
we do have contracts with farms and similar premises. Please find a
generic copy attached.

In relation to charges these are as set out below:

Rats £32 (for up to 3 visits)

Mice £55 (for up to 4 visits)

Wasps/Bees (per nest) £37 (for nests in chimneys and/or two men are
required) £55 per additional nest treated at the same time £15

Fleas £63 (per treatment)

Bed Bugs £63 (per treatment)

Ants/other crawling/flying insect £47 (per treatment)

Squirrels in houses £55 (for up to 5 visits)

Visits to give advice £15
(Charge will be waived if chargeable treatment subsequently undertaken
as a result of the visit)

Other pests Charged on a cost basis (min one hour then per ½ hour)

Seagull spikes £9

Finally, in relation to renewal date, this will depend on when the
contract is issued - they normally operate for 12 months.
