passed in the last 12 months, of self contained flats which are
above food outlets.

4. Of number 3 above, how many of these applications did you
request the applicant to provide an odour report prior to
commencement of work

on the Council's web site -

Application details are also on the web site referenced by application
number. Documents not on the web site, including such reports as
requested, can be inspected at the Town Hall during normal office hours.
This can be arranged by calling 01254 585960 in office hours. A visit can
then be scheduled, preferably avoiding lunch hours and leaving enough time
to inspect the documents before the office closes at 5pm. A member of
staff will be on hand to assist with any queries you may have.
