The Council does not hold any information about performance targets which may or may not be set by NSL Ltd for Civil Enforcement Officers.

The Council does not hold any information about the performance targets which you have said are in place and we have not agreed any such targets with the contractor.

Therefore I can only repeat that we do not hold any information that would answer your request.
