Dear Sir or Madam,

Please identify which pension funds are used by the LGO's and the
staff employed by the CLAE. Please identify the number of current
staff and LGO's paying into these pension funds - and the level of
their employers contributions (as both a percentage of total
payment and in cash terms).

Please identify further if it is the LGO's intention to make up
shortfall's caused through mismanagement of these funds - and the
level of such payments made over the last ten years.
