Dear Sir or Madam,

under the SNDC Constitution there is an extensive section on
whistleblowing.

Following the SNDC acknowledgement that there were problems with

Norwich Crown Court.. These involve both members and officers.

Please would you please identify the functions (i.e departments of
the Council and number of 'blows' on the whistle from each)... eg.
legal, chief executives, planning, democratic services.. etc..

Please identify additionally the number of misconduct hearings that
the Council has initiated in relation to these issues (i.e. Council
problems with its registers of local land charges)

Please additionally identify if the Council which of the following
it has raised the issues with: its disciplinary process, the
police, external auditor, independent inquiry or the Serious Fraud
Office.

Yours faithfully,

Stuart Hardwicke CARRUTHERS

that we have 20 working days in which to respond to FOI requests and you
will therefore hear from me again by 1 October 2009 or earlier if
possible.

prevent release of the information you have requested. There will be an
assessment and if any of the exemption categories apply then some or all
