Dear Sir or Madam,
I would appreciate it if you could provide the following
information as soon as possible:
The number of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued for 'failure to
comply with a no entry sign' near the junction of Rye Lane and
Heaton Road SE15.
I would also like to know the traffic flow in this area for a
similar capture period.
Can you provide these figures for the last 12 months, or if not,
for any recent 12 month period?

charge notices were issued.
we have no information on Heaton Road regarding traffic movement.
