Dear Mr Hayes

Thank you for your request for information.

Please find attached a reply to that request.

Please note that the previous reply sent to you at 15:46 on 14 May 2008,
indicated that Section 41 of the Act had been applied to the information.
This is incorrect and was an error for which I apologise. The correct
exemption that has been applied to the relevant information is Section 40
of the Act. This deals with Personal information. Both exemptions are
absolute and do not require the public interest test to be applied. The
letter accompanying this e-mail now corrects this.

I hope this clears up any confusion that may have occurred because of the
first letter.
