Dear Mr Parsons
Thank you for your Freedom of Information request as detailed below.
Sheffield City Council are currently in the process of arranging appeal
hearings as part of the Pay and Grading process. These appeals will
provide the opportunity to discuss information with employees in relation
to their individual job role. The Council feel it would be inappropriate
to share information to a wider audience until these appeals have been
heard.
Kind Regards
Lorraine

Good Morning Mr Parsons
Everyone who has lodged an appeal will receive details specific to their
job role prior to their hearing as part of this process. If you have
lodged an appeal this is therefore applicable to you. If you have not
lodged an appeal the information will not be shared further until a
suitable point in the process to ensure appellant's are not
disadvantaged in any way.
Kind regards

Dear Lindley Lorraine (CEX),
I have lodged an appeal and I understand I will have access to
specific information regards my job profile, but I am also specific
in my FOI requests that I also require further information
regarding how the construction supervisors wage scale was changed
from scale 7 down to scale 6 and why? Also about the 20 points
added to the h3 labourers bringing them into scale 6 in line with
supervisors. Also information regarding the minutes/data of the
meetings involved with this.
Also what criteria made Sheffield City Council go ahead with the
flawed pay review when they knew Highways/lighting were being
privatised in 2011, costing a large sum of money.
Yours sincerely,
Peter Parsons
