Good Afternoon Jeremy

The job evaluation process was carried out in workshops where the
results were recorded. All the managers involved in these workshops
were given specific training by the company facilitating the workshops
in order to ensure consistency within the process.

Job evaluation was done in relation to job roles and not connected to
individuals. Therefore there is no information held specifically in
relation to you and the job role T2.5.

Further information is currently being prepared in relation to job
profiles and scoring and once this is complete the information will
initially be issued to each individual who has registered an appeal
under the pay review relating to their individual circumstances. This
information will then assist each individual in their respective appeal.
