Dear Sheffield City Council, I asked for all relevant information
concerning the E.O. 3.5S Job Profile that includes the Working
Environment scores and not (scored individually) that as been sent
out.
I require the individual score for myself.
Also the minutes of any meetings concerning the decision to drop
Supervisors from scale seven that was originally offered, back down
into scale six. Also who made the decision to do this without any
consultation with the people concerned or the Unions.
Also the minutes of any meetings concerning the decision for giving
the 20 points back to the H3 labourers bringing them into scale six
with the supervisors.

Yours faithfully,

Peter Parsons

Dear Mr Parsons

Thank you for your patience following your request below, as you will be
aware Sheffield City Council are currently in the process of arranging
appeal hearings as part of the Pay and Grading process. These appeals
will provide the opportunity to discuss information with employees in
relation to their individual job role. The Council feel it would be
inappropriate to share information to a wider audience until these appeals
have been heard.

Kind Regards
Lorraine
